I will show you how to start becoming aware of and watching your thoughts. With this practice you will begin to retrain your brain; You have over 60,000 thoughts a day swirling in your brain and believe it or not, they trigger how you FEEL, which drive your daily action and results.
You will learn to master techniques that will allow you to be your own agent and choose the feelings you want to feel, how to feel without needing to self soothe or buffer and free yourself from how others want you to feel.
